1. Do I need an adapter to use Earth X?

Nope. Our charge cables are designed for your cars connection type, no adapters needed. Simply order the Earth X charge cable you need (NACS or J1772) in the Earth X app and you’re all set.
2. How much does Earth X charge per kWh?

It varies by region. In short, our pricing and is extremely competitive with public L2 chargers in your immediate area. We want to make owning an EV is painless and enjoyable for everyone. Unlike our competitors, we don’t price gouge our customers.
3. Does Earth X charge a ‘subscription fee’ to use the charger?

No. There is no such thing as an Earth X subscription or subscription fee. Anyone can sign up to use Earth X and a subscription is NOT required. You pay for the kWh’s you use, period.
4. How am I charged?

We bill your credit card once a month for the total energy you used that month.
5. How long can I stay plugged in to Earth X without moving my car?
+
Earth X is designed to be used for 7-12 hours (overnight). But you can actually stay parked at an Earth X parking spot for up to 24 hours without incurring a loitering penalty.
