1. Is Earth X really Free for Property Owners?

Yes. Our entire system was designed from the outset to be 100% free to Property Owners. There are no Opex fees - and there never will be. Unlike other systems that require ongoing monthly fees, we operate, maintain, and provide superior customer service to your residents at zero cost to property owners.
2. Can I control and set the price per kWh to my residents?

You won’t have to! Our prices to Residents are well below L3 (DCFC) pricing and are extremely competitive with other L2 stations in the immediate area. We’re here to make EV ownership painless. No complaints about price gouging here!
3. Will my property managers be involved in managing Earth X?

No. Your property managers will have zero involvement in managing anything with Earth X. They have more important things to do, like leasing your units. If any Resident comes to the Leasing Office with questions about Earth X simply direct them to Earth X Customer Support.
4. Does Earth X offer revenue sharing?

Yes. Earth X has a generous revenue sharing program. This assures we have a mutual interest in providing superior charging services to residents.
